You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by KISS-ED.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by KISS-ED.com between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

About Our Returns Policies

KISS-ED.com and most sellers on KISS-ED.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

KISS-ED.com Return Policy

Items shipped from KISS-ED.com, including KISS-ED.com Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

KISS-ED.com Global Store Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our market center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. KISS-ED.com will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Seller Return Policy

When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third-party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of KISS-ED.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to KISS-ED.com’s, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page. To view the seller’s return policy, once you’ve ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center.

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an KISS-ED.com Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, ensure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest a delivery confirmation service from the shipping company you received the product from. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the KISS-ED.com Guarantee.

Note: When KISS-ED.com starts it’s KISS-ED PB (partnered benefits), If the seller’s listing is eligible for KISS-ED PB, it will be subject to the same return policies as items fulfilled by KISS-ED.com that are outlined on this page.

Delivery with Services

Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) must be scheduled by the seller.

During the scheduled return pick-up, the seller will uninstall or disassemble, and pick up the item.

All sellers participating in the Delivery with Services program are required to support scheduled return pickups or exchanges. (Red highlight needs to be discussed)

If a seller does not offer these methods or is non-responsive to scheduling an appointment to return your items, you may contact the KISS-ED.com Customer Services team, or file an KISS-ED.com Guarantee claim.

If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

KISS-ED.com Food Items

Some of the Food items and wines are not returnable to KISS-ED.com but may be refunded or replaced.

Automotive Items

If you’ve purchased a defective automotive item, shipped from and sold by KISS-ED.com, that is covered by a published manufacturer warranty, KISS-ED.com honors the warranty. KISS-ED.com will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Aviation Items

If you’ve purchased a defective aviation item, shipped from and sold by KISS-ED.com, that is covered by a published manufacturer warranty, KISS-ED.com honors the warranty. KISS-ED.com will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Products on KISS-ED Restore are backed by the KISS-ED Restore Guarantee where specifically mentioned on the product detail page. With this guarantee, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 90 days of receiving the product if it does not work as expected.

KISS-ED Restore products can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment and qualify for free return shipping. If your return is not the result of an KISS-ED.com error, or defective, KISS-ED.com will not refund the original shipping fees.

KISS-ED Restore products sold by third-party sellers, follow the standard 30-day KISS-ED.com return policy.

KISS-ED.com Market Center

In most cases, used or open box items purchased from KISS-ED.com Market Center and shipped from KISS-ED.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Certified Refurbished items sold by KISS-ED.com Market Center can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.

Baby Items

Baby items can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.

Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 365 days after receipt of shipment.

Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

If your return is not a result of an KISS-ED.com error, we won’t refund the original shipping fees.

Clothing and Accessories

You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Items from UD (Upcoming Designers) Collections are eligible for returns, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund due because the item is made-on-demand for you.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)

You must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins

To request return information, contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.

Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from KISS-ED.com that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

KISS-ED.com may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

New, used, and refurbished products purchased from KISS-ED.com Electronics and Accessories Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the KISS-ED.com Digital Products Market are not returnable after purchase.

Future Apps and In-App Products purchased from the KISS-ED.com Appmarket may be eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase, depending on the circumstances of your order. To request a refund, visit Your Orders and select “Return for Refund” next to that order. If you do not see a “Return for Refund” button, you are not eligible for a refund for that order.

Future Digital educational resources can be returned within seven days of purchased for a resource that has not yet been downloaded.

Fine Art

Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.

All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return.

Handmade and Customizable Products

Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

Notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.

Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the KISS-ED.com Guarantee.

All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Hazardous Materials

Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to KISS-ED.com.

Jewelry and Watches

Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Software and Video Games

Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.

Televisions

Returns for televisions shipped should be in new and unopened condition.

To return a television, use the same shipped company in which you received television, the item should be in like-new condition. The shipper will provide packaging materials at the cost of the customer, unless customer has original packing material or KISS-ED.com Customer Services confirms a free return.

Tickets

Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.
