Hot Pork Sausage – Ground


1 pound spicy ground pork. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes and flip me some eggs over easy!

Great to add a kick to your favorite recipe. Delicious for making sausage and gravy. Our fresh ground pork delicately seasoned with salt, sage, red and black pepper, and sugar (1 lb. pack). From pasture-raise heritage pigs. Never any antibiotics!
